Technical Expert - Transport Planning
Andrew is an eminent transport advisor with 26 years experience in transport and land use planning. Previously Beca’s Trans Tasman Transport Advisory lead, he is now an independent consultant providing advice to Worsley Consulting Engineers on transport planning matters.
He has provided technical expertise and leadership to enable the successful delivery of public transport, road, active mode and master planning projects. He has also supported a range of policy reviews, updates and peer reviews across Australasia and the Middle East.
Andrew has extensive stakeholder and consultation experience, along with working on accessibility projects, corridor assessments and e-mobility.
Outside of Transport Planning, he holds several volunteer roles including President of Oceania Modern Pentathlon and Executive Board Member of World Pentathlon. He has worked closely with the International Olympic Committee and the AOC via his previous roles. These roles support his knowledge of accessible travel for all, and provided formal training in International Diplomacy.
