April has 14 years experience as a civil design engineer. She is highly competent in civil site grading design, urban stormwater drainage design, water quality management and stormwater detention for urban development, subdivisions and social infrastructure.
She has serviced projects across the East Coast and is familiar with the nuances of state and local standards. She also is proficient in using the design packages of 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD.
