Zulfiqar is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a successful track record of technical leadership on complex, multidisciplinary projects across Australia. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and master planning to detailed design, contract management, and construction.
Zulfiqar brings technical expertise on a range of civil engineering and utilities from overseeing major packages for significant infrastructure such as North East Link and the Suburban Rail Loop.
In recent years he has applied his expertise to Australia's transition to net zero by developing civil solutions for renewable energy projects. His focus has been optimising site infrastructure and access across challenging terrains to maximise value-for-money.
In addition, he is recognised for his design and stakeholder management skills which have enabled the delivery of technically-complex, intricate placemaking and social infrastructure.
