Our story

Between 2018 and 2022 David Worsley was lead engineering consultant for SMCT’s largest greenfield development and worked with the client’s design team and a team of subconsultants. Services included detailed design and construction superintendent for roads, services infrastructure, stormwater drainage, and product lot design totalling $10 million of infrastructure works. David also led the 2022 masterplan refresh to revisit site layouts and yields, flood modelling, stormwater strategy, recycled water management, and construction staging.  In all services were provided for the following projects:

  • Infrastructure Works Stages 1 and 2

  • Northern Swale Rehabilitation

  • Stormwater Harvesting Dam Concept

  • Supplementary Works Stage

  • Superlot

  • Masterplan Refresh 2022
